1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data is the Domaining service, operated at domaining.io. For every question about your data and to use your rights, write to [email protected].
2. What data we collect
- Your email address, when you create an account or log in
- A one-time confirmation code, stored only as a hash and deleted after it expires
- The date you confirmed your email and, if you unsubscribe, the date you did
- The plan you chose and the rule you saved in the scanner, if any
- Where your visit came from: the page or button you used, campaign parameters in the link and the referring page
- Technical data sent by your browser: IP address and browser type, used to protect forms from abuse
We do not ask for a phone number, a postal address or payment details to create an account.

4. Who processes data for us
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database
- Postmark, the transactional email provider that delivers our emails, acting as our processor
- A payment provider, when you pay for a plan, which processes payment details directly
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another safeguard recognised under the GDPR.
6. How long we keep data
- Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted 30 days after the code was sent
- Confirmed accounts are kept while the account exists and deleted on request
- After you unsubscribe, we keep your email only to make sure we do not write to you again
- Transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
8. Emails and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click on it stops further emails to that address.
9. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and keep your session, including the security token of the sign-up form. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we tell you by email first.
